To return an item, please send a letter stating why you are returning the item and include a copy of your email order receipt.

Please pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packing carton and enclose your receipt and return request.

For your own protection, we recommend that you return via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post. Please note that we are not responsible for any returned items being lost or damaged during shipment.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item available on our website, please contact us via our Contact Form in the E-store so that
we may assist you with your exchange order.

Once we receive your returned item, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees and postage are non-refundable and will be deducted
from your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
