Ninnie Baird began baking homemade bread from her home in Fort Worth, Texas in 1908. At first she shared hot, fresh bread with her neighbors as gifts, and then began selling some to provide support for her family. Mrs Baird’s Bread soon became a favorite in the neighborhood… it was the beginning of a family tradition.
Today, our flagship Mrs Baird’s
White Bread continues to be a favorite in the neighborhood.
