Serves 4
3 1/3 ounces package white chocolate flavored instant pudding mix
2 cups fat-free milk
1 cup light non-dairy whipped topping
16 Mrs Baird's Powdered Sugar Donuts, crumbled
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 (15-ounce) can apricot halves, drained and sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons decorative candy sprinkles (for topping)
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and fat-free milk for 2 minutes. Let mixture set at room temperature for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Reserve. In a trifle bowl, or large glass bowl, spread 1/4 of the donut crumbles and drizzle 1 tablespoon of the orange juice concentrate on top. In a separate medium bowl, gently mix the strawberries, apricot halves, and blueberries, until evenly distributed. Spoon 1/4 of this mixture on top of the donut mixture. Spoon 1/4 of the pudding mixture on top of the fruit. Repeat the layers 3 more times, ending with a pudding layer on top. Sprinkle surface of trifle with candy sprinkles, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes: You can also use Mrs Baird's Cinnamon Sugar or Frosted Donuts in place of, or in combination with the Mrs Baird's Powdered Sugar Donuts.
