Serves 4
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 lb. beef tenderloin steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Mrs Baird's Sandwich Buns or Rolls
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with prepared horseradish. Sprinkle dried rosemary evenly on both sides of beef tenderloin steak. Season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side on medium-high, until steaks reach desired doneness. Serve grilled meat between split Mrs Baird's Rolls or Buns and top with the seasoned mayonnaise.
