Serves 6
This can be prepared the night before and
reheated.
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 16 oz. can Kidney Beans
1 11 oz. can Niblet Corn
1 10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes
1 small pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 28 oz. can Tomatoes
1 small can chopped chile peppers (optional)
1 16 oz. can Pinto Beans
1 small package Ranch Dressing mix
Tortilla chips
Shredded Cheese
Mrs Baird's Home Bake Rolls
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and
drain. Add the cooked ground beef and all the other ingredients
to Crock Pot and stir (do not drain cans before adding). Simmer
in Crock Pot on low 6-8 hours. To serve, crumble chips on top
and top with cheese. You can also warm up a package of Mrs
Baird's Home Bake Rolls, split open and ladle the taco soup
on top!
