ELIGIBILITY: The Chance to WIN Suite Tickets at RodeoHouston Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the state of Texas, 18 years of age or older. Void outside of Texas and where prohibited by law. Employees of Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™, KHOU Channel 11, and their respective parents, affiliates, advertising, public relations, promotion agencies, accounting or legal firms, and members of the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of such persons, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
TO ENTER: Between 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on January 16, 2012, and 11:59 p.m. CT on March 11, 2012 (the "Entry Period"), there are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes, 1) Online: visit www.mrsbairds.com/rodeohouston, click on the Sweepstakes link and follow the instructions to enter by filling out your date of birth, complete name, address, telephone number (including area code), and email address to receive one (1) entry. OR 2) QR Code: Using your web-enabled wireless device, that has a built-in-camera, download a free QR code reader application (unless you already have a QR code reader application). After you have downloaded and completed software installation of QR code reader application, open the QR code scan application and scan a Sweepstakes QR code located on the packaging of Mrs Baird’s Honey Wheat and Mrs Baird’s Large products sold in the Houston, Texas area. You will then be taken to the Sweepstakes mobile registration page where you will be required to follow the instruction provided to receive one (1) entry. Note: you must have a data service plan for your wireless device with your wireless service provider to link to the promotional website and mobile registration page. Standard data rates may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details and capabilities. If you do not have a data service plan for your wireless device with your wireless service provider, you may enter via the online method of entry. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on March 11, 2012 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person per day using one email address for the duration of the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about March 12, 2012 from all eligible entries received and combined. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail using the information provided by such person within his or her entry. The potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release within two (2) business days of date of issuance. If such documents and information are not provided to Sponsor within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, the potential winner will not be eligible to receive his/her prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.
PRIZES (6): Two (2) suite tickets to a RODEOHOUSTON rodeo/concert at Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX on or about March 17, 2011. Transportation to/from rodeo will not be provided and will be winner’s sole responsibility. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the each pair of tickets is $ 350. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period. Total ARV of all prizes: $ 2100 ($175 x 12).
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in the event a described prize or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Exact date of event, time, and seat locations will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. All federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including any/all transportation, parking fees, souvenirs, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prize details shall be at Sponsor's sole discretion, except as limited by law. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer the prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or QR codes; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, electronic or network relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or QR codes, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site or that result from downloading a QR code reader application. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and if terminated, at its direction, select the winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by entering and participating in this Sweepstakes, agree that Sponsor, RodeoHouston, KHOU Channel 11, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, shareholders and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Winners, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account or mobile phone number, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account or mobile phone number at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address or mobile phone number by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), mobile phone carrier, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning the e-mail addresses or mobile phone number.
