Italian Cold Cuts Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Mrs Baird’s® Large White Bread
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • ¼ pound deli ham
  • ¼ pound Genoa salami
  • ¼ pound capicola
  • ¼ pound mortadella
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • ½ large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Place 2 slices of bread on cutting board. Layer each with 2 slices of Provolone cheese, half the ham, half the salami, half the capicola, half the mortadella, 1 leaf romaine lettuce, a few onion slices and a few tomato slices. Drizzle each sandwich with Italian dressing and top with remaining bread slices.
