Mini Sandwich Skewers

No such thing as a lunch rut with Mrs Baird’s Bread!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Mrs Baird’s® White Bread, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey, folded into quarters
  • 4 cubes Cheddar Jack cheese
  • 1 lettuce leaf, sliced into smaller pieces
  • 4 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Drizzle of mustard
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 slices salami, folded into quarters
  • 2 slices Mozzarella, cut in half lengthwise and folded

Instructions

  1. On one skewer, layer on one bread cube, turkey, one Cheddar Jack cheese cube, lettuce, tomato half, second bread cube, more turkey, second Cheddar Jack cheese cube, second tomato half and third bread cube. Drizzle with mustard.
  2. On second skewer, layer on one bread cube, one cucumber slice, one salami slice, one folded Mozzarella slice, tomato half, second bread cube, second cucumber slice, second salami slice, second folded Mozzarella slice, second tomato half and third bread cube.
  3. On third skewer, layer on one bread cube, one cucumber slice, tomato half, one Cheddar Jack cheese cube, lettuce, second bread cube, second cucumber slice, tomato half, second Cheddar Jack cheese cube, lettuce and third bread cube. Drizzle with mustard.
  4. On fourth skewer, layer on one bread cube, lettuce, tomato half, turkey, third folded Mozzarella slice, second bread cube, lettuce, half tomato, turkey, fourth folded Mozzarella slice and third bread cube.
